Event communication, marketing and partner service offering.
The basis for processing personal data of data subjects is marketing communication related to the services offered by partners and Business Insight Group Nordic AB,, conducted based on legitimate interest. Event attendee data is shared with event partners for research, marketing and service offering purposes. In processing information based on legitimate interest, we restrict the processing of personal data to what is strictly necessary and proportionate, prioritizing the interests of the customers over the interests of the Controller.

Personal data is primarily collected directly from the user. Secondary sources of personal data include public and private registers as well as public sources. The essential personal data collected is as outlined in section 2, Purpose of the processing.

The Controller deletes personal data upon the data subject's request without undue delay.
